If they didn’t they do now!  Hi I'm Crystal, I was born in the Texas raised there and in Southern California by decidedly "Southern Parents".  I am a mother of four amazing  grown sons  and wife to my very best friend. I have recently been informed of several health issues that need to be addressed including my weight and a few other major concerns. (I can't imagine why I have any health issues? I mean I ate like a good southern girl should). I know it’s time to make major diet and lifestyle changes, and after much research and soul searching and yes there was some definite detraction in my head about this I am moving to a plant based diet.
